Just to say that there is nothing but compliments coming in from the Derby Weekend. Everything was really good. Compliments to all concerned. Stewards Room: Tim and Sheelagh were very good, so obliging and always willing to please. Members Room: The waiting staff can't think of all their names were excellent. Two members in particular pointed out that Malcolm who was waiting on their tables was outstanding. Anna was also super she knew exactly where we were coming from and made it happen. Food in both rooms was excellent, compliments to Eamon and staff in the kitchen. Obviusly the behind the scenes work prior to the event were most important and a big thank you to you Barbara and also Kiwi and Edel. Well done to all.

Hi Myles and Liam, Thank you very much for all your hospitality on Saturday night, I've had amazing feedback from our members on what a great time they had and how much they enjoyed their evening. The staff were a pleasure to work with and the food was beautiful. I can safely say should the occasion arise I would certainly return and recommend Powerscourt Golf club as a great party venue.

I feel I must drop you a note to say a big thank you for all the hard work and great efforts that all the John Coughlan catering team put into the Ashoka Change Nation event last Friday, 14 June 2013 in Farmleigh. All the guests who attended the event were very complementary about the food and service and thank's to everyone's hard work the event was a huge success. I would like to thank you for the services provided by John Coughlan Catering for the National Day of Commemoration Lunch, held at Dublin Castle on Sunday, 14 July. We were very satisfied with the overall service as provided by JC Catering. In particular, the food provided was of a very high quality and we received a number of positive comments on the menu. On behalf of myself, Enterprise Ireland and Deloitte I would like to sincerely thank you both and all your colleagues and staff particularly Margaret. The service and food was fantastic. Everyone including the Taoiseach complimented the beef in addition the waiting staff were very accommodating and friendly in their approach. We particularly liked the uniform as worn by the waiting staff and would hope to see this across the board for all future events.

On Behalf of myself, Con & all the team here at the Make it Happen Foundation i would like to sincerely thank yourself & all the staff at JC Catering for your kindness and generosity in helping to make our Day Out at Kildangan Stud / Curragh Possible. The feedback about the quality of the food and service coming from the parents who attended the day has been overwhelming, and most importantly all the children all had big smiles at lunchtime which speaks for itself. The caterers Francis and 'Princess' Reeves were outstanding in terms of their professionalism and kindness, and the magnificent chef had the chicken and fish cooked to perfection...every time. Once again Barbara, our sincerest thanks in making this event happen.

Hi John Just a note of appreciation for your contribution to the success of the Sustainability Gathering. You completely understood our requirements and delivered an exceptionally high standard of food in respect of quality, presentation and delivery. The dinner in Farmleigh and the catering for 300 in Dublin Castle were both complimented by our guests and delegates. We presented you with a challenge for lunch by allowing only an hour to have 300 people served a three course meal and still allow time for networking. You met the challenge and after only 20mins had served the last main course while still maintaining the expected high level of presentation and quality. I would be delighted to recommend you to any future clients and have no hesitation in passing on either this mail or my contact details by way of reference.
